Malaysian Public Works Department (PWD) or Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR) is the federal government department in Malaysia under Ministry of Works Malaysia (MOW) which is responsible for construction and maintenance of public infrastructure in Malaysia.

The Director of the Environment and Energy Branch or Cawangan Alam Sekitar dan Tenaga (CAST) is the National Project Director of BSEEP.
 
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nations' global development network. Headquartered in New York City, UNDP advocates for change and connects countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. It provides expert advice, training, and grant support to developing countries, with increasing emphasis on assistance to the least developed countries.

UNDP is fully engaged in supporting Malaysia’s national priorities and the implementation of national medium and long-term development plans such as the 11th Malaysia Plan and other sectoral development policies and strategies. Today, all of UNDP projects in Malaysia are nationally executed, involving more than ten federal ministries and agencies and located in more than 6 states.
 
The Global Environment Facility (GEF) unites 183 countries in partnership with international institutions, civil society organizations (CSOs), and the private sector to address global environmental issues while supporting national sustainable development initiatives. Today the GEF is the largest public funder of projects to improve the global environment. An independently operating financial organization, the GEF provides grants for projects related to biodiversity, climate change, international waters, land degradation, the ozone layer, and persistent organic pollutants.
